I agree with the statement beacause it is a fact that managers and supervisors have a bigger salary increases that ordinary workers according to a capitalisym structure of companies. Bassed on this order, it is normal and natural that enterprises justificate differences in salary, time of working and functions in a laboral enviroment just for looking the better talent. Hense, this text is going to show why is problematic this traditional way to constitute a companie.
On one hand, ordinary workers are the base of the structure, and clearly, they need a motivation to improve their skills for make the best job. However, when you, as a regular part of the companie, look that your chieft had a recognition for the job that you made, it is not to be the best energy for improve. Even more when managers do not support you, and their actions are not orientated to the team. For instance, when directors appears one time at month and do not remember the dates, activities, or the team duties of the companie. In these cases, there is not justificate an increase salary. Obviously, it is important to have a great team on management, but this have to recognize and be part of the team, in other way, they are not a real manager.
On the other hand, it is crucial to make different types of motivation different to salary all orientated in efficiant, for example they would be able to have more free time, vacations of flexibility for make others activities out of the work. These, I think, are the real motivation to improve skills, and there be orientated by all employers.
