However, I am with those who support the prohibition of gun ownership due to several mass shootings, which have occurred during last years On the one hand, in some cases guns might serve as protection. For instance, people are able to shoot or defend themselves on condition intruder threats them to death. Their lives might be saved thanks to allowance of firearms. Moreover, not all people want to perpetrate murder or genocide when they purchase firearms. Some civilians are inclined to buy guns for the sake of enjoyment. In other words, they might be occupied with shooting sports, which are quite widespread pastime in current society On the other hand, plethora of crimes are being committed owing to lack of awareness about the consequences of allowance of guns. According to statistics, per day in USA at least one colossal mass shootings happen, which might result in the death of several innocent people. The prohibition of gun acceptance might drastically decline the number of firearm-related incidents. Since guns would be elusive due to closure of ammunition stores and gun shops. Furthermore, rather than bearing firearms for self-defence, people are able to use some alternatives: such as paintball guns or peppers spray, which are almost as effective as lethal-guns In conclusion, although usage of weapons might serve as protection in some cases, however, we can not simply overlook the adverse events, which are being triggered owing to acceptance of guns
