IELTS Line Graph - CO2 Emissions
IELTS Line Graph - CO2 Emissions DQLQ6
The Line Graph depicts average amount of carbon dioxide release per person in United Kingdom, Sweden, Italy and Portugal
from 1967 till 2007
Overall it can be seen that half of the Countries shows tendency to increase and the other half to decrease in CO2 Emissions
Given statistics shows that United Kingdom has tendency to slightly decrease from 11 metric tonnes to 9 metric tonnes throughout all time period, while Sweden from 9 metric tonnes was growing until 1980 and reached almost 10. 5 metric tonnes after that dramatically reduced to 7. 75 metric tonnes and then slightly dropped to 5. 75 metric tonnes in amount of Emissions.
However another half consisting of Italy and Portugal are both escalate and about the same amount. Italy started with 4. 5 metric tonnes in 1967 reached 6. 4 in 1979 then slightly rose to 6. 75 in 1990, after that enlarged by 0. 25 from 1990 to 2000 and finally staid the same from 2000 to 2007. Although Portugal started with 1. 25 grew by 1. 75 till 1990 and then rapidly increased from 3 to 5 in just 10 years and finally stopped at 5. 1 in 2007.
