Overall, the main addition will be eliminating the main way and constructing the new dual carriageway. Furthermore, there will be significant improvements in infrastructure, housing, and facilities.
Currently, the city has only two shops on the two sides of a main highway and housing is placed at the lower spot of the south shops. Moreover, the avenue is divided into two roads that lead to housing, a school, and a park.
After carrying out the plans for development, the town will have a road that surrounded almost all facilities. There will be four housing (instead of 2). The one new residential block will have been built at the inner north-east part of the new road. In terms of the second apartments, they will have been placed near the old park whereas the park will have been reduced. There will be a bus station, shopping center, and car park in lieu of the north shops while the main way will have been replaced into pedestrians.
