As it can be observed from the maps that the transformation in Avenue is noticeable. By comparing the given plans radical changes occured. It is expected that some areas will be changes in the planned plan. According to the maps provided that the car park in the north west will be replaced by a theatre and the exhibition hall below it will be replaced by counsel centre where people can discuss. In addition a car park in the north east will be demolished and a hotel restaurant will be built in its place. Alternatively, the territory of the counsel office in the south will be expanded and replaced by an open park and an underground car park. However the library is also expected to be replaced by an exhibition hall. As far as the counsel hall in the north and the shopping centre in the north east will not be renamed. And of course the common area boundaries on the maps are also expected to remain the same in the future.
