The major cities in the world are growing fast and many problems occur, What are the problems that young people living in cities are faced with? What solutions do you suggest?

It goes without saying that, big cities have been developing day by day. It is said that more and more cities are expanding across the world, leading to various problems. This topic is quite debatable and subject to profound discussion prior to coming to a reasoned conclusion. So, potential causes and possible solutions will be suggested in the following paragraphs. On the one hand, clearly, development of major cities may cause difficulty to population especially to young generation. It is an undeniable fact that, the more cities improve, the more competition increases in the labor market. Regarding the competitions of nowadays labor market, it can therefore be assumed that, earning money is getting difficult. If there were not competitions, it is unlikely to achieve rapid development in countries. Having no financial stability, young people need to move to a city with a small population. On the other side, as for the possible solutions, unfortunately according to the age of retirement, there is not enough vacancy for young inexperienced people that is why it would be one of the solution to reduce retirement age. If there was not older workers, young people would not have working opportunities problem. The less number of fewer older workers, the more jobs vacancy young people have. Apart from retirement age, young people face with not having experience and practice skills, therefore, companies should create chance for people to learn. In conclusion, I think there are always difficulty for young people to get perspective job unless they are being able to respond all requirements. In my opinion solution is all learning, practicing and hard work.
