Overall, It is evident that male has majority proportion jobs as compared to female for both the years 1995 and 2005. Iceland has only country where male had maximum jobs rather than all other nations whereas, female had lowest jobs in 1995 and highest employment in the Switzerland.
In the country Australia, there was more than 50% male employment rates in 1995 and slight less than 70% in 2005 while, for female these rates in between 25-40% in both years. Moving further, male job rates has been shown for Switzerland approx. 65% and just over 70% for Iceland in 1995. These rates were increased in period of 2005 where almost less than 80% and nearly greater than 80% in same nations respectively. As well as for female job rates were also drastically increased in 2005 as compared to year of 1995.
Furthermore, UK has been embarked more than half percentage and less than three quarter rates in year 1995 and 2005 respectively.
