The process details the steps by which a Dalgona Candy is made using the sugar and baking powders. It is categories in four major segments Heating, Mixing, Shaping and Cooling that is further divided into seven steps.
The Four main stages biggening with, Heating and Mixing where the sugar is heated to melt in the ladle from medium to low heating with continues stirring until it forms a melted semi liquid sugar. Now onwards, baking powder is added to the melted sugar and mixed well to form a nice blend of sugar and gently placed over the parchment paper.
Furthermore, in next stage sugar blend is given a shape by first pressing it and forming a uniform flat surface followed by the required shapes like umbrella, star, triangle or circle to be press printed on the center of candy. Lastly the stick is attached with the candy and kept in the freezer to cool and form a solid candy to eat.
