It can be clearly observed from the chart that most students do MBA for better job opportunities whereas employers who are hiring give more importance to personality and previous experience. Furthermore, we can depict from the given chart that popular reasons for doing MBA among students is job opportunities which account for higher percentage of 65, on the contaraty personal development, ability to help others and ability to do job better accounts for 12, 8 and 15 percent in overall reasons for taking MBA as a degree. The hiring employers on the other hand value personality and pervious experience in terms of knowledge most which accounts for 50% altogether. The other reason which employer want to see in their employee is previous experience in regard to connections and their appearance as well as qualifications which accounts for 20, 20 and 10 percent.
