The given bar graph illustrates the time spent by men and women on household word during the years 1985, 1995 and 2009. Overall, it can be clearly seen from the graph that women, who are not doing any job, utilized more time for household work. Whereas, men consumed least hours for household work who are doing full time job. To begin with, women with no employment spent highest amount of time on household chores. Which was average 7 hour per day. They remained highest in other two given years. Which was around 6 and 7 hours per day. There was a huge different of around three hours can be seen in by comparing working time of part time employed women and full time employed women over the given period. Meanwhile, only 1 hour of work related to home was one by men with full time employment. Number of hours remained similar in 1995 and increases by around 20 minutes bt the year 2005.
