Hello Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I bought a washing machine on 25th September and it has installed on the same day at my place.
However, the washing machine is not working properly. The first day when I was using the machine. It makes horrible voice and my clothes had been wet. I called at your store on the same day when I got this problem bun the man who was on the phone gave me surety to call back me after talking to his manager because he did not know about the policy.
I am disappointed from your customer service. Whether support the customer, your employee did an argument with me. As my washing machine is in warranty, I want to exchange my appliance as soon as possible. If you will not give me answer as soon as you will get this letter, I will sure approach to the head office and get back my money.
