Taking Risk and risk Work

Nowdays many pepole take a steps to improve them lives on professional lives and personal lives even the steps usualy have a risk becuase every step on both ways have a risk, on my view the pepole should take a huge step to improve them live even if they need to take a risk. On one hand, the main advantage of take risk that will give him a huge improve to his profissional live, the reason of take the risk becaus the risk will open new doors on the professional live and personl lives, as an example that employee take a risk to quit his job on the company to open his own bussines and that risk is good to open a new doors in his perofessinal live and on his personal live will improve his live by improve his profits more than depand only on the salalry, also other advantage is improve his knowleadge about bussines world. On other hand the main disadvantage of taking risk on proffesonal live that the risk on the start is a unknown road on other word the road will unclaer if the risk will come with sucses or not and the reason is the risk somtimes give us the opsite of our wishes and maybe the risk get us down as example open a bussines because of other pepole open it and sucess and the person do not know anything about that bussines fealid and other disadvantage its become so hard to get back your old job om the same company if that person faild on his own bussines. In cocnlustion my opinon is that the person shoulkd take a risk if they person study this risk from all of the sides of the risk because the risks always improve theknowleadge of the life
