In my opinion, although the involvement of money at the workplace is associated with certain benefits, providing a better working ambiance seems to be more advantageous in this case due to some reasons.
To initiate the advantages of money in terms of making work more efficient. The first and foremost pro is the motivation among employees that probably make them more proficient. To elaborate, while getting a high salary, the employees are likely to pay more attention towards work rather than spending time on unnecessary things, like using mobile phones and gossiping with one another, while it might be impossible through getting proper working environment. Resultantly, the growth of the corporation increases a lot because of having the proper attention of workers on work. As an illustration, a person who is working in an IT company, whether it is local or international is likely to be more dedicated to work due to having high annual salary packages.
Despite the benefits of money, the working environment has pros too. The primary one is the mental satisfaction that might not be possible while getting a handsome salary. To explain, if the company provides a comfortable ambiance to workers instead of focusing only on giving money, like the behavior of seniors with juniors, including cooperation among employees to solve minor and major issues regarding work, the workers feel stress-free and more emphasis on work for a long time than those which is given on a daily basis. Not only this but also the employees do not have to face dire consequences on physical health, especially anxiety.
