Some people say that public libraries should be free, otherwise they are just a waste of money, especially because modern technologies and the internet allow easy access to resources.

It is a well-known fact that, Knowledge can be gain by reading the Books. Public concern has arisen where, some people argues that Libraries should not charge any Entry fees, as nowadays one can easily get access to those books via online. In contrast, others say that they must charge some money for the entry. In this essay, I will look at both the sides of the argument and give my opinion. To begin with, In this modern era, where technology is playing a vital role in human’s life. It is generally believed that, It is more convenient to read books online as most of the things on the Internet is free. In fact many famous books are available on the Internet, but there are so many ads which consequently affects in lack of focus while reading it. In other word, Individual faced lots of disturbance and can’t read it easily. However, Library takes some charges from peoples as a membership fee but only to give proper facilities as well as maintaining and buying the new books. Therefore, the library is still important for readers. It does not depend on electricity, it is traditional and limitless. When reading in library there are no health and mental hazard that can arise from excessive use of computers. On the other hand, people believe that library should be free. Of course, the goal of good government is to educate all the people in societies. Public library should not charge money from most of the people such as who can’t afford the membership fee. Education should be available to all the peoples, Impoverished part of the population must be educated. For an instance, Poor people are not enough capable to graduate themselves. As a result, if libraries are free they can easily access to it and subsequently the literacy rate of the country will increase. In conclusion, In every country education must be right of the people. In my opinion, I’d say Library should be free, it will be the beginning in the development of knowledge in population. Society will develop if most of the peoples are educate
