In contemporary society, a number of people are working only for one company and same position, but most of the people are working in the various position of the job. In this essay, I will discuss some of the reasons why people decide to work in the same company doing only one job role and some of the challenges of doing a large number of jobs. Let’s begin by looking at the advantages of an identical job in the same company. One of the main positives of working in the same office is that it improves their working skills. because, if doing the same position they will be familiar with the work that they doing. As an example, if working in a construction company as a draught person, always needs to draw the plans according to structures. So doing the same work helps to boost the drawing skills. Secondly, always brings pleasure and feel satisfaction, due to the fact, that every day ought to deal with the same persons. Turning to the other side of the argument, the jobs are change very often brings disadvantages as well. Those people have to face a different type of background and take time to build up friendships with others. For the reason that it will make them feel sad and uncomfortable. For instance, if somebody is not happy with the work, negatively effect them. Another issue is that, hard to improve working skills if changing the job very often. As always they have to struggle with the workplace and the employers. In this essay, I will look at both sides and try to draw some conclusions.
