Nowadays some celebrities such as film stars, sportsmen, pop musicians are paid to much money. Do you agree or disagree ? Which jobs should be highly paid?

In this modern era, famous people like actors, actresses players and musicians are receiving high paid salary as compared to others. In my honest opinion, i do not believe that celebrities should receive more salary. To begin, film stars, sportsmen get salary according to their capability. In order to achieve succes everyone have to work hard and to become celebrities. People made a plethora of efforts for that. The important thing is that only well known personalities are receiving good income. For example, a person worked really hard to become a succesful football player. After achieving his dream. He is able to make his country feel proud as well as he will be able to get good remuneration. Similarly, film stars and musicians try to become popular and fame. Thus they are getting money according to their capability and hard work, which they are doing. However, there are various jobs like nurses who are not getting a high amount of income. Nurses are doing a great job for the native country. They are preserving the life of everyone who are suffering with their lives due to chronic diseases. So they should be paid more salary. Furthermore, we have seen that there are various workers who are working in small factories more than ten hours. They do not get reasonable slary. So they are not able to meet their expenses. Due to this condition, most of the countries encountered the poverty related problems. In conclusion, from my perspective, employees should be paid salary which is based on the amount of work done but not depending on the standard of the occupation.
