In my view, a government should spend more money on sports facilities for ordinary people, because most people want to occupy sport, and naturally, in order to play basketball, needed sports equipment, like baskets, a ball, a stadium or a comfortable area. These facilities claim more money from the government. So that government should spend more money on ordinary citizens, however, athletes don't ought to remain also. They need more money than other people because they occupy sport permanently, and need more sports facilities, like stadiums, workout halls, etc. Moreover, they prepare for various competitions and Olympic Games.
