MANY PEOPLE PREFER SHIFTING TO URBAN AREAS THESE DAYS. WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES AND DIASDVANTAGES OF THIS TREND. byWQX
In this fast-paced life, people, who lives in countryside, have been shifting towards city area for last many years. Village people want to live and enjoy the benefits of urban areas; therefore, they slowly leave the villages. This trend has both advantages and disadvantages. To embark on, everyone wants to ameliorate their living standard. In order to improve living standard people, move to city. Urban areas have been changed drastically by industrialization. In city International and National companies have been increasing for many years and these companies gives employment and offers high amount of salary to people. Apart from this, people find quality of life. For an instance, according to reports of TOI, five thousand people had migrated in Mumbai, at that time their living standards are very low even they were not able to ate food and today four thousand five hundred people have their own bungalow and have good quality of life. Moreover, countryside areas have been neglected for development by government as they know that human will live in urban areas only so they develop on metropolitan city. By this way the development of villages has been stopped by government. To add on, not only development of villages but also the culture has been neglected due to the migration towards urban areas. For example, people who still lives in villages have suffered a lot because development of this part of area have been stopped by government because they ponder that government should give facilities to city people. To conclude, every coin has two sides, like that this trend also has pros and cons; therefore, we should keep in mind before we take action.
