The first factor for this circumstances is people find it hard to accept the job due to its minimum wage and or jobs that doesn't satisfy them. If every individual judge and doesn't accept their working environment then the unemployment issues will be on rise. on the other hand, there are still some people that do their job despite some disadvantages.
