Fish patties are an extremely easy dish to make. To make this dish, we need the following ingredients: fish, egg yolk, garlic, salt, cornstarch, sugar. First wash your fish thoroughly and remove small pieces of bone from the meat if you don't like them. Then puree the fish for two minutes with garlic and egg yolks and place it in a large bowl along with the rest of the ingredients; you should have about 1 1/2 cups of mixture. Use your hands to shape small balls from your mixture and flatten them out with a spatula so they resemble thin pancakes. Heat a pan on medium heat until hot enough to fry food but not too hot (use tongs to remove food from pan when it's done so that nothing burns). Fry both sides of your patties thoroughly before taking them out with forks or tongs; remember that more oil should be added when needed because if it's too dry you'll end up eating burnt food. Simultaneously remove the patties to a plate while they're still warm so they can absorb some moisture from their environment; serve them with chili sauce if desired.
