Homeopathy and naturopathy are branches of traditional medicine. Which is a significant medical systems that have been used until today. These medical systems are indispensable. Most of the traditional medicine were created by our grandparents according to their experience in herbs and other natural substances. Homeopathy was developed in Germany more than 200 years ago. It is used for wellness and prevention therefore, treatment. Naturopathy is also a branch of traditional medicine that have expand in several cultures and parts of the world. It is based on supporting health rather than hostilities disease. This essay will compare and contrast between homeopathy and naturopathy. To initiate, homeopathy and naturopathy both are subdivision traditional medicine that is essential and reachable for health maintenance. Firstly, people can get confused to differentiate between homeopathy and naturopathy. For example, homeopathy is build on a specific philosophy that says “like cures like” which means, expose patients to weakened forms of the substance that they believe is causing the illness, whereas naturopathy that is constructed on nature has healing powers, and patients can return to healthy state or “balance. ” Also it has that belief that says prevention is the best cure. Secondly, naturopathy and homeopathy have special methods. For instance, homeopathy method permits patients to expose themselves to solutions made from plants, minerals or animals. As opposed to naturopathy which is based on counselling patients on how to lead a complete and balanced lifestyle. Finally, in comparison to homeopathy and naturopathy, both can treat chronic and acute diseases. In the same way to cost, both of them are similar, though homeopathy fees may vary depending on where you live and the knowledge of the homeopath. To conclude, homeopathy and naturopathy both are beneficial and crucial even though it is traditional. They also share an important principle which is patient health. However, they might not be effective optimally to most diseases unlike modern medicine. Also, homeopathy and naturopathy are similarly in price, although it may differ in value based on a few factors. They both have there own philosophy therefore, method. From my perspective, I believe that we should not rely on traditional medicine merely. However, I see that we need to seek modern medicine more since it is widely expandable and more evolutionary.
