Using medications to control anxiety is sometimes necessary but there are much healthier ways to prevent and control it. People who feel stressed should of course seek some sort of professional help. For instance, visiting a professional is a common way to cope with anxiety. Quite often, doctors prescribe medication to people who are anxiety-ridden. The reason behind this is that such medication has been proven to control and minimize the effects of it. In other words, individuals whose anxiety starts to significantly affect their ability to function in their everyday life should be prescribed medication. Of course, there are more ways to deal with anxiety that do not involve professional help. In other words, focusing on what really matters and forgetting the negative aspect about life is the key towards to happiness. In addition, exercising, going out with friends and family, meditating, going on holidays, any of these activities should effectively reduce the states of anxiety in a person’s life. Eventually, happiness comes from within. It comes from making wise choices, including choosing to be happy. To sum up, a person who feels stressed should seek the reason behind it and choose how to deal with it. Most people who are stressed cannot enjoy life to it’s full potential making them less happy. When medication helps intitinaly to rely on its soly is not advisable. When there are more natural ways at our desposal.
