Thus, it is one of the most common influences as to why many products contain sugar. Furthermore, even though its advantage is appealing, it is the main reason for a disease or sickness. Sugar has numerous amounts of perilous substance which endangers health. It causes severe sicknesses such as lung, liver, and stomach cancer. Also, sugary products like soda, candy etc contain high-level sugar. For an instance, a soda's sugar level is equivalent to 20 spoons of sugar. Last, but not least, the people who consume fewer sugary products are healthier than those who consume them as a daily commodity. Many of us should be responsible for sugar used to be healthier. In conclusion, I think If I choose a healthy product to consume, I will not consider them as healthy. Because it contains an immense amount of dangerous substances.
