How are you?
I’m sorry I haven’t written to you earlier but I had to organize some things concerning my trip.
As you probably remember I’ve always wanted to have a new experience. And now, at last, off I went! But you’d never guess where I chose to spend my holiday. It’s Antarctica! You would never think of it, would you? It was my uncle who suggested going there; Even now, I am still extremely excited about the whole event!
We went ice skating. As a beginner, I felt fantastically talented when I was going on with my skates over the rough ice. Anyway, once I went on the ice there was no turning back. I skated at top speed, wanted to stop but my feet crossed in front of one another. Well, there were no serious injuries but it hurts
I was thrilled to bits; I would like to go over this event all over again. Although I was drastically frightened at the outset, but afterwards I felt I was in seventh heaven.
