Discuss both views whether to be unsatisfactory with job and have shortage of money or better to try and improve such situations

I agree with the fact that most of them face both the situations in their lives, either it is a bad and struggling job or financial crisis. I think, when we are not focused and neither career oriented, and just be careless with our future. We definitely end-up having a financial problem, it is our role, being a part of a family, to withstand a responsibility to fulfill our daily and family demands. Hence, in search of money, we get attracted towards an unsatisfied work, but it becomes a necessity to do so. In India, there are many unemployment issues, where there are families struggling to get paid, even when all family members have a job. I believe, this is becoming a social issue, where the solution remains is early awareness for the upcoming generations, to focus on their careers and responsibilities, rather than wasting their time in unnecessary activities. Secondly, there are few members in a family, who want to improve their conditions and live a happy as well as wealthy life. I would like to first of all, appreciate their thinking who are undertaking the responsibility and willing to work harder for themselves, too. Also, I would suggest them to know their Ikigai, A Japanese Method to live a happy life. I personally, follow their methods and ideas, not only because they succeed, but also because I believe that this would provide me a path where profession, passion, mission, vocation, meets. This is essential for the ones who want to do something in life, as ikigai itself is a path, where you would enjoy and get satisfied with your job as well as live a healthy and wealthy life.
