Some people might think this is unfair and not justifiable, but there is another schools thought which believes that those with greater responsibilities deserve higher remuneration. In this essay I will consider both points of view and conclude the best outcome would be a compromised between the two positions. In order to get such a position in an organization, it is necessary to demonstrate extraordinary skills and determination. Senior executives have often achieved their role due to extraordinary creativity and business acumen, and these should attract salaries that reflects their constribution.
