Dear sir, I have issue on laptop keyboard. Right now, most of the key are not working as properly. Few letters are related to passcode. At the moment mini computer is not accessible. Currently, I am doing work from home due to this issue which effect my productivity and missed few pre-schedule meetings as well. Few documents are need to be submitted to client for project approval. this is high priority to problem. Kindly, Arrange skilled service man locally at present to resolve this product or sent someone from IT support team to fix workstation. Later on will check with the product customer team for replacement or claim the warranty. Kindly, Plan as early as possible to get this done. Thanks in advance.
