Constrution of new buildings
Constrution of new buildings JQ2qk
Technology has played an important role in the way buildings are constructed and designed. It is argued that the cost of taking care of an old building is high and should be broken down and rebuild. I completely agree with this statement because of higher cost, foundations are weaker due to long exposure to harsh climates thus making it dangerous and chain of damages while fixing.
One of the compelling argument is that the overall cost to fix old buildings are higher. That is to say, laborers demand more money for repair work. For example daily wager of laborers are twice the cost for fixing a broken roof than constructing a new one and thus, increasing in the overall cost of fixing old buildings.
Not only this, buildings which are exposed to exterme weather conditions have weaker foundation. To be precise, due heavy rains and summer heat, the outer walls tend to crack and allows water to flow inside concrete which makes a building weaker and consequently, making the building fragile and unsafe.
Apart from this, while fixing a part of building the other parts of the building also gets affected. In other words, while reconstructing a broken wall the neighboring wall is impacted and additional fixes is required and therefore, increasing the overall repair work.
All in all, due to higher cost, unsafe buildings and increase in repair work are reasons why I entirely agree to replace an old building with new and modern buildings.
