I am writing this letter in connection with the goods that U had ordered using your delivery service the goods include in three cartons of orange juice and two pockets of pasta.
Unfortunately, They were not delivery in time and they were dameged.
At first, I went to your hypermarket to use your delivery service. Your workers promised me to deliver in the morning day after tomorrow. But they made it after three days and I ordered goods and my ordered goods was in a bad conditions.
Secondly, when I went to complain not beg to excuse for me.
I ask that your workers will opologize to me. I hope that my statement will be taken seriously and I consider that those issues will be solved in the near hour.
