In this chaotic world where economic crises, unemployment problems, stress, and depression victims are increasing day by day, financial and psychological knowledge has become one of our most important needs. The application of information provided by financial literacy meets our physical needs, and the knowledge we have in psychology meets our spiritual needs. After the Soviet period, when the state provided employment to its citizens, the age of "Startup" began, when the citizens of the new country created jobs in the state. In this period, whose name we derive from the English word "Start, ", I took the first steps to start areas such as social media platforms, electronic accessories, and large online sales sites, which currently cover a large part of our lives. But taking these steps required deep innovation, creativity, critical thinking, easy problem-solving skills, and mainly cooperation. Every thought that was not open to innovation became useless and lost its importance day by day; because innovation required vision, long-term planning, and purposefulness. Considering all this, our team gathered experience from criticism, and courage from mistakes and took the first step in this magazine, considering everything they learned.
