The impact of covid in society has changed the way we used to work, some people say that it emphasizes the need for new opportunities, such as innovative ideas that can help the creation of new companies. Besides, is considered that remote work is a good alternative to gain money from anywhere, where young people and even adults have access to it without having to make much effort, which is regarded as an excellent advantage. On the other hand, others affirm that efficiency is higher when individuals are working from the office, which in turn gives rise to an increase in productiveness. In this essay, I will discuss in the first 3 paragraphs, what might be the good reasons for choosing remote working. In addition, in the fourth paragraph, I will go through why working from the office offers satisfactory benefits to increase productivity, and finally a brief conclusion of both.
