Dear Mr. JohnsonMy name is Jack Robertson and I'm one of your assisstents who graduated the university two years ago. I am writing for asking some advice and I would be grateful if you would help me with teaching naughty and spoiled pupils. Since I left the university I have been working at high school in Yorkshire where I came across several problems while I was working. Sometimes I am annoyed and feel upset when I notice that they are not listening to me during the lesson.
