Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction from my neighbor who keeps a dog in her flat.
I live on the third floor of a five-story apartment in the busy part of the city. I have a neighbor owning a flat face to face my front door. He is not rude man by character and always tries to keep touch with others well, yet the reason why I am writing the complaint is the puppy in his house.
Owing to the aggressive pet, I have a number of troubles. Firstly, it barks loudly at night which makes me awake then taking a rest at midnight becomes a vital issue for me. I work at school that has a five –day work from morning till evening leads to feel sleepy during the day and also effects on my job activeness as well.
Secondly, it is obviously an aggressive animal can be seen while accompanying it in the street with his owner by risky reactions to the people around it. Not only my wife, on the contrary also my children are eager to be around the apartment in the evening the dog is there omnipresent too. This case it may harm to my family especially frightened young children will be under the depression in the future, which causes several serious illnesses.
I want my neighbor to vanish his dog immediately by your demand If it does not happen consequently I ought to complaint higher organizations. I am looking forward from you a good reply as in the near future as possible
