I am writing this letter with reference to your recent complaint against noise from our flat. Last week we threw party on occasion of our son's birthday which may have troubled you at night. I would like to apologize for same and give you further word of mouth that this won't repeat in future.
We are from Flat no 45 just adjacent to your flat. Last week Thursday was our sons first birthday celebration in order to make this moment memorable we arranged a small get together with some of our close friends. As we were meeting after a long time in excitement our music volume went over the limit and we din't realized it at that time.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused on Saturday's night. I assure you will take care of this. in future and will never give chance of any further complaints.
