Dear Sir, I am Kiruthika, your immediate neighbor. I am writing this letter to complain about the littering of garbage by your maid.
I have been living here since 2009, and it is the best place to live in this bustling city. Due to proper maintenance by the municipality and the coordination provided by the neighbors helps to maintain the surrounding tidy and neat.
The servant appointed by you spoils this place by throwing away the garbage in front of the house. Moreover, I warned her not to litter waste things, but she never listened to it. Hence, I am forced to complain to you. Also, I am very much bothered that many may start following her and sure it will ruin this pleasant atmosphere.
Thus, I suggest you reprimand your maid and make her aware of the same. I will ask the sanitary workers to keep an extra bin at the corner of the street to avoid walking so long for waste disposal.
Hoping for prompt action in this urgent matter!
