Dear Sir/ Madam,
I’m writing in concern with some issues that people in my area have been facing over the last two weeks when riding the OC Transpo.
I am a full time student attending University of Ottawa and I commute through busing for last three years I’m here in Canada. Till last month, we had no problems and the bus service was working fine, although on some occasions such as extreme weather conditions which is understandable. As I mentioned that I travel daily by bus, from last two weeks I’m late to work and university because of the bus service in my locality. It's never on time and some days we have noticed that it indicates on the schedule and never arrives. . My request is if we can have proper schedule for buses in my area, It can help students to attend classes on time. On the other hand for evening schedule when I'm departing from work/university to home, I've observed the bus is fully packed which is violating the social distancing measures in place.
To conclude, proper bus schedule and protective health measures can help riders to trust the service given by OC Transpo.
