Nowadays, there are distinct opinions toward occupation selection. While some people argue the stability of the work is the most essential consideration when choosing their job. I believe that choosing a job that can give people a sense of satisfaction is good for not only the growing of individuals but also the development of companies. A stable job can give people a sense of self-identification. They recognize that they are belonging to this company. Therefore, they may more loyal to their company. However, people may lack of motivation when they have a permient job, which lead to the low efficiency. Companies cannot achieve their goals on time. If the job could make people feel satisfied, they would put more effort and time toward it. Employees may work for extra time voluntary on it, which makes the projects finished on time or even before. Companies can recieve positive reputation through those high quality and quickly finished tasks. For individuals, satisfying with their work may lead to a better relationship between families because of their cheerful attitude at work place. If people feel depressed in job, they might bring this negative attitude back to home and treat families badly. It can be avoid by a positive emotion.
