It is more difficult for women to succeed in working life

Women and men are now very active in business life. Today, the most of the women are more active in business areas than in the past. Also climbing the career ladder. As far as I am concerned, being woman is more difficult than being man to be successful in working life. To begin with, since women take an active role in both business life and home life, it is more difficult for women to be successful in business life than men. Women have more responsibilities at home life than men. There are many housework responsibilities that are being uploaded to women. For example, I think it is the most hardest one is cooking even more cooking at home. Besides, their responsibilities not only end with cooking but also house cleaning, organisation, ironing, laundry. That is impossible to count. Secondly, many women are subjected to a form of psychological violence perpetrated by other people, especially men. Women complain most often at company meetings or conversations being cut off and underestimated. Some bosses behave badly against women, for example, mobbing. Idea theft occurs when men's opinions are approved more quickly and easily than women and so I think it is more difficult for women to fail than men for these reasons.
