The pie chart illustrates the intake of nutrients such as Sodium, Saturated fat, and added sugar in the human body during breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Though it counts the average consumption, the figures are really a matter of concern as we have adapted to live an unhealthy lifestyle, especially in the USA. Firstly, the consumption of sodium is comparatively higher approximately 43% in the dinner, 29% in afternoon meal, and comparatively less in the snacks and breakfast meals(14% respectively). Secondly, the saturated fat is absorbed in the body by high percentage during the night meals and least in the breakfast from 37% to 16%. It also has its consumption level on an average human body by 21% - 26% during snacks and lunchtime. Thirdly, the added sugar comprises more of its nutrients intake in the snacking which is 42%, highest among the sodium and saturated fat. Whereas it contains sugar levels of up to 16%, 19%, and 23% in breakfast, lunch, dinner respectively. Overall, we should try to cut down on the sodium and saturated fat in the night conversely the added sugar in the snacks. The nutrients if not consumed in a balanced diet, can cause serious health problems in the longer run. Hence, it's beneficial to keep a track of what the body intakes in a day and should be properly monitored, in order to stay fit and healthy. -------------------------------------- It is often argued that, even with the devastating working condition, one has to compromise on his job, despite not liking the working conditions or underpaid. Whereas some opine that, one should seek better opportunity and should enhance the working condition by taking necessary steps. In my opinion, I strongly believe people should not work under harsh conditions which are not favorable or is not paying them well, as this may have a detrimental effect in the long run on their personal growth. To embark upon, the working culture should always motivate you to have a bright career ahead. The motivation factor comes in only when someone enjoys work. Although, it's not always the option available with us as the competition among the people has increased manifold. But, there is always a scope to bring in the change that can benefit you as well as the organization. To illustrate, the recent survey by Times India jotted down the steps taken by all workers who demanded a 20% hike in their salary, as they have been doing great work which helps an organization to come under the top ten lists. Sometimes, we have to be spoken about our needs, and it's completely alright because employers do understand the need of their workers. Additionally, if the type of work is not a cup of your tea, be outspoken and raise your voice to the management and let your leads know about the same, so that they can fit you as per your skillset as well as the type of work you really desire to take ahead in your career. On the flip side, because of family pressure, individuals can't really quit the job and has no option but to work in the environment against all his/her interests. There can be many factors involved in doing so, especially if the only member of the family is working and taking care of the whole family. Monetary becomes the major challenge to cope up with. For example, a family of 5 member who is dependent on 1 income source the merely individual has to think before taking any rigid action. Albeit, compromising is the solution here, but at the same time try to make some amendments in your working style so that you like it. In conclusion, I believe working in a bad condition is not the solution, though one has to keep trying to get in to better place and at the same time should try to bring some changes in the working place so that it can be made a better place to work for all. There is never an effort waste when somebody really wants to bring change which is in favor of all the employees.
