This graph compares the consumption of fish with other sorts of meat in an European Country between 1979 and 2004 In general, all varieties of meat have suffered a huge decrease in their compsution rates with the exemption of chicken wich has now passed from 150 to 250 grams per person per week and fish, despite its lower demand still stable in terms of purchasing In addition to this, it’s visualised that before chicken, beef leaded on peoples preferences until 1989, now it’s eaten in a smaller quantity, it’s rates are below average 100 gr per person weekly compared to 230 in 1979 Furthermore, lamb cifres dropped from 150 gr per person to less than 100 gr per person each week The conclusion is that chicken is the main choice for the customers of meat
