Dear Sir, I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with changing rooms in your sports center. First of all, rooms do not have proper hangers and water facilities. Secondly, flooring is rudimentary as well as slippery. Moreover, paint on the walls is in poor condition while there are no proper locks inside it which impacts the security. By calling the helpline number of the sports centre, I lodged a formal complaint two weeks ago. After that, I made several follow -up calls as well but so far nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I hereby, request you to inspect all the changing rooms thoroughly and send somebody to revamp them. I understand that it will take time to address all of these issues. So I hope you fix the water facilities first and foremost. Likewise, a supervisor can be employed for every block to monitor routine breakdown. I hope that you will consider my request promptly.
