My name is Jerry and have used your buses every day ever since i moved into the area eight years ago, although your bus route is mo convinant to me. During these long eight years I never faced with any problem with your service. In the last half month your buses did not arrive on tim. This problem with punctuality affecting on me. Theese last two weeks I always late to my office. I am school teacher and it is unacceptably to me. Also I compelled to explain to my employer and my students why I was late. Though I understand the organaize all buses routes is difficult, I hope your buses will be on time as usually before last two weeks.
