the use of online shopping

the use of online shopping g1o2d
The internet with no doubt has dramatically altered the civilization of humanity, but just like any invension, there is always a positive and a negative effect. In fact, it could bring an opposing effect in the same aspect. For example, no one could deny how the internet made communication a lot easier and far more efficient. In other words, it could be said that the internet has brought us closer to each other. However, it also isolated us, as many people became addicted to it and made them prefer the internet over having a real social gathering. Despite all the negatives the internet could bring. As it can be distracting, particularly to children and teenagers. Also, it can be addicting and it may open up many false sources of information. However, the internet brought in many major life-altering benefits. For instance, in this pandemic (COVID-19) it would not have been possible for humanity to continue on their lives, as with jobs and education without the existence of the internet. In addition, in many aspects such as research and academia, the internet made the search for studies and peer reviewing far easier and less time consuming, resulting in a much more studies as it helped researchers able to propose more studies. To sum up, it would not be logical to have something as major of an invension as the internet without any disadvantages. Ultimately, accepting what it brings and raising awareness of any negative effect is the solution to any new technology.
