The chart provides information about how two age groups participate in several clubs at a center for adults WE5
The chart illustrates what kind of clubs that citizens of two different age groups (20-30 and 40-65) have engaged in for their leisure activities.
Overall, the 20-30-year-olds are more actively involved in societies compared with the older age group.
According to the data, we can see a big gap in categories between other, arts and crafts, historical clubs in the two age groups. Other clubs are popular among youth as more than 55 participants have joined, nearly 6 times compared to elder members. The arts and crafts society has the most members aged 20 to 30, but it is one of the least involved clubs among seniors. In terms of the historical society, the participation of the elderly is higher than the young (about 50 members and 25 members respectively).
In contrast, the archaeological, keep fit, and social clubs appeal to both older and younger people. All age groups enjoy “keep fit” and social clubs but there are marginally fewer seniors ( approximately 2 to 3 members). Both groups include 45 participants of the archaeological society.
