The presented line graph represent the data on the amount of money expend on books in various categories, namely the German, France, Italy and Austria between 1995 and 2005 respectively.
At the onset, it is evident from the graph that the figure of the German, which the higer amount of millions spend in buying throughout most of the time(1995-2005. By contrast, showed downward tendencies whereas the index of Austria and France demonstrated upward changes over the period.
At the first glance, proportion of people purchase books in Germany portrayed 80 millions in 1995, then this index surged to 95 millions at this level till the end of the period. France and Italy showed proportions approximately smilar to each other with fairly constant trend in 1995 to 1997 but both reached its peaked by the year 2005(around 50-75 million respectively.
Turning to remaining countries, Austria showed a gradual incline starting 1995 to1999, representing approximately 30-35 millions, then surged to a high of 70 millions in 2005.
It is interesting to note that the amount of millions expend in buying for German individuals consistently raised from the start till the end of 2005, compared to the three different countries
