Pen is mightier than Sword

There is a famous saying "Pen is mightier than sword" which signifies that pen is much more powerful than sword. A single pen can accomplish much more than a mighty sword. I completely agree with this statement because pen can accomplish much more than a mighty sword can accomplish. Simply looking at the statement a pen is considered nothing in front of a sword. Sword causes violence. Sword causes chaos among people. Not only among people sword causes threats among nations. Swords is also considered as the signal of war. But in case of pen it is not like that pen brings peace and develop the uttermost feeling of her humanity. The power of pen is eternal whereas the power of sword is short-lived. Looking at pen it physically cannot bring peace among people but the writing done by pen can actually bring peace. Violence can be reduced and peace can be generated. The major importance of pen is that it can end war. For instance when the war ends the treaty is signed between nations. The treaty is made in favor for both nations and can help them to develop side by side. Pen is everything but pathetic. The writing done by pen can create public awareness, and can give education to those wo who are illiterate. Without pen our modern society could not have evolved. Without scientific research and technologies our stone age society would again lead the way. Pen not only have good sides it may back to also have had side to it. The major example is Adolf Hitler. He doomed an entire nation by his words which were completely false and people believed it blindly. Here power of pen can be seen as prime example that anything written by it can be believed whole-heartedly. To sum up, although the pen have both negative and positive sides to it we should always believe what is true and never fall for false news. It has power to both develop either and destroy either a nation or a person.
