Dear sir or Madam.
A week ago, I took my train from Prague to Karlovy Vary on the 15th of September after a family vacation.
Due to a health emergency, I had to leave the train at Lubenec station without my luggage.
My train number was PJ183, and the seat number was 34 near the train's second-floor stairs. I have attached the ticket as well. Please look at the attachment.
Two days after arriving at Karlovy Vary, I approached Mr. Andy, who was in charge of the lost and found office at the station.
He didn't find my luggage at the station but asked me to write the request letter to you, and maybe it returned with the train to Prague.
My personal belongings are a suitcase and a coat. The coat is black with a hood, and the suitcase is blue, with a red handle and a film of a yellow tractor on it.
Inside the suitcase are a few shirts, trousers and gifts for my collages and friends.
Please assist me in finding my belongings.
