Analysing Gender Differences in Psychology.

Analysing Gender Differences in Psychology. 2gywj
Analysing Gender Differences in Psychology. The article “Understanding The Mysteries of Human Behaviours'' was written by Mark Leary on 30 April, 2009. This article was written to explain the place of gender difference in psychology. The article is written under four main headings: Why it surprises us in psychology, surprising facts between genders, gender variability, and the negative effects of culture on men. The first part is the surprising differences. She mentioned that men are more common than women in many negative areas such as committing crimes and being prone to violence. In the first main title, he mentions that people's experiences can affect their behaviour. Furthermore, she likens people's behaviour to pieces of a puzzle. Another subtopic which is a surprising fact, she mentions that men have more negative aspects than women, such as being prone to violence, having closed minds, and men live less than women. Third subtopic is gender variability is mostly about physical appearances, such as length, birth weight, height. The last but not least part focused on cultural disadvantages on men. In many cultures men take on more demanding tasks like fighting in the army and working hard jobs. In the next paragraph, we will discuss what is being discussed on our agenda related to this topic and what is my point of view on it. From my point of view, since it has long been talked about the equality of women and men, it has addressed the aspects of men that are different from women. Generally, while men are more prominent in societies, the fact that they actually have more negative aspects is emphasised. I have never heard before that men are more prone to crime and that nine out of 10 people in prison are men. There are differences as well as areas where men and women should be equal. My view on these differences has changed after reading this article. I used to think of culture as an advantage to men and a disadvantage to women. I learned that culture has a lot of pressure and disadvantages on men. I would also like to say about the connection of experiences with behaviours that the fact that men are closed-minded has an effect on the culture they grew up in. Since they live by taking the bad behaviour of the majority of men as an example in the family environment they grew up in, they act just like them and this becomes a chain of behaviour. In the formation of this chain of behaviour, men have an effect on expressing their emotions less than women.
