The diagram illustrates the manufacture of coffee and the way it is prepared for distribution to the supermarkets and shops. Overall, the process consists of 11 stages, beginning with picking some coffee beans and ending with packing stage.
Firstly, the coffee beans are gathered as an initial stage of production. Secondly, collected beans are dried in the sun. After roasting the seeds in the big containers, by making temperature lower they are cooled quickly. Next, the cold beans are grinded by a special equipment, after that the coffee in a form of dust is mixed with boiled water. Following this, the mixture is strained and the coffee part is separated.
Then, the wet mixture is freezed in cool containers. Next, the cold substance is grinded into little pieces again. After drying and evaporating water from the mixture, finally ready product is packed into jars and becomes ready for delivery and sale.
