Next, the cold beans are grinded by a special equipment, after that the coffee in a form of dust is mixed with boiled water. Following this, the mixture is strained and the coffee part is separated.
Then, the wet mixture is freezed in cool containers. Next, the cold substance is grinded into little pieces again. After drying and evaporating water from the mixture, finally ready product is packed into jars and becomes ready for delivery and sale.
