However, the professor explains how it maght be challange but not impossible. Then he cast doubt on each reason. First, according to the reading, the atmospheric presssure in Venus is high enough to cruch any spacecraft, as well as humans. On the other hand, the listining argues this point by saying that this could be solved if they make a space station that float above 50 kiillo meters of the Venus surface. at this hight, the atmospheric pressure is similler to the earth. Second, the passage argues that with the abcesnss of water and oxygen in Venus, they would by supplied froo earth, which would be impractical. The lectuterer refutes this by expalain how the station can just use the atmospher component of carbon dioxide and nitrate to make oxygen and water. In this way, they do not have to supply them from Earth. Finally, the auther claims that the electricity would be a problem, because of the thick clouds that refluct the sun light. As a result, no power from solar cells. But this professor says this is might not be the case. He believes that the can use the reflucted lights to generate electricity.
